"The location is great in the old town. Step out the building and within a few steps you are at a butcher, baker, fishmonger, pastry shop. A short walk to the sea and a Carrefour express just around the corner. The flat is very well stocked in terms of bedding, fans, crockery etc. It is a big space and 4 of us never felt on top of each other. The neighbourhood is quiet during the night so sleep is easy but the area is wonderfully lively during the day. Really felt as if we were living in an authentic Nice neighbourhood. Lots of interesting books to read and in particular Rick Steve's guidebook on the French Riviera was good. The Nestor and Jeeves app is excellent with details instructions from picking up keys to inventory to where the rubbish bins are."

"As we were a party of 4 with one elderly person and one young child, we took a taxi. It dropped us off a long way from flat as it couldnt drive closer. If possible, rather take the tram to Catherdral and just face the long steps - it really is easier. Also, the key pickup is a fair walking distance from the nearest tram (Messina) and so collecting and returning was tricky with luggage etc. However I do understand that because of the nature of the apartment block and access, a security/locked box at the venue would't be an option."

"The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town, many nice restaurants and cafes literally few steps away. Carrefour and a local market that sells fresh sea food and meat every morning was also a few steps away. 5-8 minute walk to the beach. Very charming area. The apartment itself was spacious, with two separate bedrooms (both bedrooms had small balconies) and a living room. The sheets and towels were white and very clean."

"One downside is that water pressure was very low and it was almost impossible to regulate water temperature in a shower. It would get either too cold or too hot. Another thing one might want to consider is that you have to pick up and drop off the keys in the office which is located about 20-30 minutes walking distance from the apartment, which could be really inconvenient if you are arriving late or have early morning flight to catch. But despite these inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again."
